I'm very pleased with this years lineup: gregg, Santana, willie, g-love, and all members of the ABB except Derek, big shocker. Any chance TTB gets added later?

I think Derek is not going to set up a scenario that will have people clamoring for some kind of Allman get together. I don't know why that would be at all shocking because you know full well if they are all there or at wanee that is exactly what is going to happen.

Great line up. I'm goin back for the 4th time.
Still more bands to be added.
Gov't Mule has never been added on the first announcement.
They've always been added on the 2nd announcement..

That looks like a fantastic line up!

Too bad the Mickey Hart Band isn't playing these festivals. His last few tours were stellar. Regardless the Peach Fest looks pretty Grateful Dead centric.

incredible lineup...didn't think it was possible without ABB & its going to be a challenge to catch the multiple stages with so many great bands. Definitely looking forward to the midnight shows on the hill.

The music was done by about 7 pm on Sunday last year.

there are 2-3 shows going on at any given time.
Last year bands were added on through mid spring. The schedule was released sometime in June or July, iirc
we stayed over Sunday night - it was easier for us to leave Monday AM then try to get home exhausted Sunday (5 - 6 hour drive)

That is what makes Mountain Jam such a great festival. They have both stages side by side. When one band finishes up the next band on the other stage go right on. There is no having to move from stage to stage and you don't have to miss anything if you don't want to.

Ok so the back bone of this festival were two ABB shows. Now the ABB is gone fine. So no Gov't Mule OR TTB? Of course Warren will be there for his solo set with Railroad Earth but that is no substitute. The lineup seems to me to be lame.

I say the top of the line up is weak for headliners. But the rest of that lineup rocks. If you are not familiar with those bands, then I suggest checking them out. You will enjoy seeing any of those bands!

It is the new era where Gregg Allman replaces the ABB at shows like this. Good or bad, that is what it is. Santana is a great closer to me.

Plus some get added later and one will likely be Govt Mule or the WHB. To me the top acts are fine but some of the lower acts I could take or leave.

You won't see the TTB.

there's definitely lots of great secondary bands to look forward to here on Peach's lineup so far. Rusted Root are always great & there's always great energy from the crowd them being from Pittsburg, same with Cabinet..couldn't believe the buzz on them from that area.Lotus should be interesting & looking forward to Oteil's band.Haven't seen Hornsby for awhile and all the Dead spinoffs & Weir should bring a cool vibe to the area again. Not to mention Santana who's always pro & Greg & the rest of ABB (too bad Dereks not there yet this year.)

There's certainly a lot to look forward to..down the road..with all this snow & cold weather around.
It'll be interesting to see the new shirt design they come up with this year too.

They should have Gregg headline one night with his band and have Mule headline the second night with a full two set show like they used to do at Mountain Jam. With them not headlining either I am interested in neither.

its possible I guess. It looks like Santanas' booked for the Sunday show,so he'll probably headline that night. I would think Greg Allman will headline another night. Two years ago Weir headlined another night so I would think it would be a tossup between Weir & Mule. Willie Nelson will probably warmup before 1 of those & I would think there'd be a lotta disappointed fans if Weir was not a headliner 1 night. Personally I'd love to see Mule on the midnight stage, there's a lot of interesting things going on up there at night!

I'd also like to see Santana jam with any of ABB,he seems to be more open to that than in his earlier years.

Govt Mule will most likely play the Peach.
The last 2 years Govt Mule wasn't added to the Peach line up until after Mountain jam.
