I really like the four disc collection as both an idea and the actual product. The sound is great and while Warren tried to make it appear like one long show across the four discs. I think he succeeded, but also each disc sort of stands on its own, with the opening in and closing tracks filling that role on each disc. My only wish is that the Rocking Horse > Desdemona from Charlotte had been included, as I thought that was a great transitions between two songs that were often paired like that.

It's nice to see Susan's "Don't Think Twice" guest spot, and I wish they had included Patchwork Quilt since it is a rarity but probably doesn't fit well within the collection.

Hope they do more of these!

Having downloaded and listened to Pick of the Crop, I can say that Warren has done a wonderful job in song selection and production. The sound quality and mix of vocals and instruments is exceptional. This ranks a long side the farewell show as best collection of music outside of the original line up.

My four CD set showed up from Amazon yesterday. It came with an electronic copy on Amazon Music . It’s also available on iTunes I believe.

Has this compilation and the six single shows been remixed / remastered?
