Peach Fest 2019

No Mule or Wake up with Warren? Hope that changes! Also would love to see Blackberry Smoke added

Now that Wanee Fest has pretty much died, it will be interesting to see what happens to Peach Fest in the next few years. Wanee faded without an Allman Bros presence, and the increase in Dead/Phish-related bands on this Peach Fest lineup looks somewhat similar to Wanee lineups of the past 2 years. Not that this is a bad lineup (MKB, moe., Lettuce, Jaimoe, etc), looks like a fun weekend of music, but I'm curious to see what bands keep Peach alive 2-3 years from now.

I’ve been to every Peach and this is my least favorite lineup. I like the Dead and Phish, but don’t love them. I’m an Allman Brothers guy, so not having bands like Mule, TTB, Panic, or Oteil’s band, puts a damper on it for me. I’ll be there, and checking out the smaller stages for once.

of those lesser known acts - there is nothing funner than Andy Frasco & the UN.
I'd love to see Larkin Poe.
And Southern Avenue is pretty good and lively.

Give the Trey Anastasio Band a chance, believe me Phish makes me ill, a friend pretty much force fed me a live Trey Band show Red Rocks 2017, it is not anywhere near Phish - it is allpro, slick horn section, the trombone player is super good and a greatlooking gal too - its all nailed down and punchy, tight, R&B, soul, funk, not Phish.

This is very reassuring! That’s the type of sound I like. I like Joe Russo since he seems to speed up those Dead tunes and rocks them out a bit more. I dig him.
