Steve Vai!!!! He is a technical wizard!! A million licks and fast? Steve can double stroke his pick like a hot jazz player and run up and down the neck using a four fingers lighting fast!! 

Last Christmas a couple of young guys told me at the big music store when I mentioned my favorite players and they didn't know Jack Pearson and wasn't sure who Dickey and Duane were or played but heard the names. They were familiar with Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes and with pride told me Steve Vai can play circles around Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes. 

Well that is true I suppose but why do I listen to Warren and Derek 50 times more often than Steve Vai????
