What is Oteil going to be up to in the post-ABB world.
In my mind, he's really the unsung hero or the glue that really held everything Warren and Derek were doing with the ABB and I'm going to miss his playing the most.

I was, am and always will be a HUGE fan of Oteil and the Peacemakers. I don't know (doubt, even) that they'll ever reform, but I'd love to see Oteil do something in the jazz/funk/jam vein.
Any project that he becomes involved with will have legs and merit because of his involvement. I'll certainly be keeping my eyes open for anything associated with Oteil.
I don't know if Oteil will be at this show or not, but he has been involved with guitarist/banjoist/mandolinist/anything-with-strings-onit-ist, Barry Waldrep. This show coming up in Macon on November 14 will be phenomenal one way or the other. If Oteil were to be part of it - all the better!

Here is the crazy part. Oteil is playing a show tonight! In New Orleans. At a bar!
I love this man. I could not have words of higher praise for him and for how he conducted himself in the Allman Brothers Band.
