Here's a brand new interview with Warren in which he discusses his new album and tour, as well as the possibility of an Allman Brothers Band reunion:

Great interview. Thanks for linking.

Best part of interview are his comments on the difference between ABB and Dead live and his regret ABB did not make a final album.

The question of a reunion will be asked all the way up until Gregg is finally laid to rest, I suspect.

I'm looking forward to hearing Warren's new album, especially the new take of "Spots of Time"- one of the new songs that was going to be on the final Allman Brothers Band studio album. Warren Haynes never ceases to amaze me!

Re-union means burying the hatchet of bad feelings. Not likely to happen.

Reformation? Could happen, but them old demons, including who is in charge, who is deciding things would have to be worked out. A power-share would have to exist whereby each member agrees to abide by majority rules decisions. They vote on things and do what the majority wants. Equality. Even if some members believe they are more important than other members by virtue of their contributions and creativity, they agree to allow equality in decision making, and go along with majority rules decisions.

In the past, if certain members did not feel like fighting they just went along, but still had anger and animosity inside themselves for giving in to something they did not agree with. A re-union or reformation will not have long lasting staying power if people are functioning like that.

The most basic truth is if it doesn't feel right, it isn't right for you. Doing things that don't feel right only causes stress and misery. People have to live their truths. Somewhere inside all of us, we know what is good and right for us. Follow that.

Don't think it'll ever happen but a reunion with Dickey along with Les Dudek & Pedro A rounding out the ranks would be interesting.
