Most here would have seen this but it's so good I'm posting it anyway..............some may need a reminder like I did watching this show last night via DVR. Just not very often you find this many legends onstage together................and still making it sound good.

There have many great tribute shows but to me this is the Grandaddy of them all..............

The rock and roll Neil Young with a masterful two song set (Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues, All Along The Watchtower), Clapton turning Don't Think Twice into a blues tune as ONLY he could, Chrissie Hynde a heartfelt I Shall Be Released, Ron Wood, Seven More Days.............I could go on and on. I never realized there was a CD out of this show until today. Gonna have to seriously look into ordering that because during a 3 hour show I just don't remember ANY weak spots. Er...........as long as they left Sinead O'Connor off of the CD...........

Yes this is real fine!! I especially liked Clapton. Showing again why he is so popular and such a treasure. One the best singer/lead guitarist on planet for over 50 years. Eric has NEVER dipped in popularity. Just like Bob Dylan.

I agree, all of Clapton's two song set was tremendous. Unfortunately though for some reason Love Minus Zero is not included on the CD of this show! Instead they opted for Clapton doing two versions of Don't Think Twice Ma, It's Alright: A rehearsal version and the show version. Just stupidity as far as I'm concerned.

I have the double CD and it's one of my all-time favorite live albums. I had never heard that version of Love Minus Zero from that night and it's really good too...and wish it could have made the CD too.

And it only includes one version of Don't Think Twice. Maybe there was a subsequent, expanded re-issue that included two versions of Don't Think Twice, but not the original release...which again is a must have for any rock music fan.

One of my favorite shows. I agree it's probably the ultimate tribute show since Dylan's songs are so open to multiple interpretations and there are some heavy hitters here.

My favorite performance is The Band's "Masterpiece", just perfect example of their rootsy side.

Lou Reed "Foot of Pride" always gets me.

George Harrison "Absolutely Sweet Marie" is super underrated, it's almost 80s punkish.

The rehearsal version of Don't Think Twice and also the Sinead O'Connor rehearsal on disc 2 was added to the 2014 deluxe remaster. It wasn't on original issue, which is what I have. Probably due to 74 vs. 80 minute CDs between then (1992) and now.

I've always enjoyed the Johnny Winter version of Hwy 61, which I've heard lots of times elsewhere as well.
