I haven't ever heard of 90% of those bands. At best.

Where/why would o have heard of these bands? Honestly, is like to know. Not a knock on the festival or bands, I'm just surprised

Kind of surprised to see Larkin Poe on the bill. Their viral Youtube vids caught someone's attention.

That is a pretty obscure list... Sturgill Simpson is about the only one I would be interested in.

While I like a couple bands there without a doubt they killed what Warren helped build.

I've been to five Mt. Jams. This year, my decision not to go is an easy one.

Not to be a jerk but is this the same thing? Doesn't seem like it. I've only heard of two of the bands.

Everything in Moderation. Including Moderation.

" When the stars ain't shining bright
You feel like you lost your way"

Probably time to put this festival on the shelf for a while...

Did Warren sell his ownership in the festival? I'm not as negative as some here. This is a 'unique' lineup, for sure.
I'm sick of the same bands, at the same festivals, that are heavy with Dead cover bands ... For me this is kind of refreshing. It's a departure from previous shows and maybe a departure too far for many. There are a lot of bands here I'm not intimately familiar with, but I'd would like to see.

I agree. I see recognizable names, but some new bands with buzz. I want to hear new musicians.

I like Sarah Borges a lot.

Sturgill excellent!!!!!!!!

War On Drugs should be interesting. I like some of their stuff a lot. Same with The Decemberists.

The rest I have not listened to, don't know or don't care for.

Makes me wonder if Live Nation bought it out like Bonnaroo....another one that’s gone down the crapper.

I hate to say it; but for those of us over a certain age we become “demographically insignificant” we tend not to spend less at venues and are not as easily influenced by advertisers

Wow
I had always wanted to get down to Mountain Jam, but just could never make it happen. It sure won’t now. Exactly what emr said “demographically insignificant”

We used to have a really cool Bluesfest up here in Ottawa. I mean some years it was just fantastic (in my musical taste anyway) it wasn’t so much who to go see, but who you would have to unfortunately pass up to see another act. I used to take the week off work and be down there every night. Now a days not so much I think they have booked in 5 acts over the last 3 years that I had any interest in seeing. However the size of the crowds they get has certainly not diminished, just us older guys.

Oldest I ever felt after a concert was five years ago. Willie Nelson played at a local venue. 730 show no opener. Done at 900 Home in bed by 930. Bet they didn’t sell a lot of food/liquor/merchandise
