I was honored to play music with Gregg Allman for 15 years, a journey that created enduring friendships and gave me the opportunity to perform hundreds of shows with one of the greatest rock and roll artists in the history of American music. Gregg was a singer of power and grace, a tasteful organ player and guitar player. His songs came from his own experiences, were deeply rooted in the Blues, and he gave everything he had in every performance.
This is our 6th annual tribute to Gregg at Levon Helm Studios. Levon and Gregg had a mutual respect for one another, and when I had to miss a Midnight Ramble for one of Gregg’s tours, Levon actually didn’t mind!
Levon Helm Studios, with its own legacy of rock and roll, is the
perfect place to celebrate Greg’s music, and I can’t wait to be there
with a fantastic and ever-evolving group of artists to help me!

Great show last night. If you ever have the chance to check out Levon's studio when in Woodstock, go. Pretty cool venue. Band was tight, with Jay leading the way on sax. Junior Mack, holy crap! 14+ min Dreams. Jr. Mack with Amy Helm and her chior for a very sweet Melissa. Whipping Post to finish

I saw one of the best shows I've ever seen at The Barn. So much of it is the unique venue, but seeing Levon, Amy Helm, Taj Mahal, Jim Lauderdale, and a walk-on by John Sebastian didn't hurt.
This years 2025 show is Dec 13. On sale Friday 10am.
