Curious is about the right word. I wonder what Rod will bring to the group song-writing wise at this stage in his career.

This is a reunion that should have happened 20-30 yrs ago and I am surprised  that it never did.  I really like this band and what they did back in the day. They might miss Ronnie Lane in the song writing dept.

I am surprised as well.  I thought it was going to happen in the mid-1990s after Rod's "Unplugged...and Seated" release.  I figured that he would have toured the cycle upon the album release in 1993 (wow; just wow, I feel old), but the video ginned up so much attention to Faces that i thought it would have happened in 1995-ish.  Similar to after KISS Unplugged when KISS finished whatever they were working on when they released their Unplugged album, and then reunited with original lineup.

I still have my vinyl copies of A Nod Is As Good As A Wink To A Blind Horse and Oooo La La.

According to the credits this is Ronnie Wood singing lead. It's one of my all time favorite songs.

One of my fav's from them. Love Kenny's drumming on this track, really driving and Wood and Lane grooving right with it. Totally locked in.
