On the TTB website presales no password is needed and they usually put killer seats in there. Like front row center I have gotten on several occasions.I am sure there will be some other presales as well on the various sites that do sales for these venues.
Saw Leon Russell open for them in January in Chicago. He's an odd fellow but put on a nice show.

Got my tickets to the Knoxville show. They had orchestra pit or balcony up to choose from. We got front row of balcony dead center. And the show's on my birthday!! TTB and Jack? Happy Birthday to me!!!
