To my knowledge the only thing out there is the Macon Bacon Rehearsals. A single CD that has some good quality stuff, nothing mind blowing. I think it has 4 versions of One More Ride and a studio version of Statesboro that is pretty cool even though if my recollection is correct Gregg's voice is a little hoarse on Statesboro.

I think it also has the 3 or 4 song segment from Duane's house thats on other boots. Loads of live ABB out there, but not much early studio has escaped.

It's actually pretty good, It only has 2 versions of One More Ride. It has an unfamiliar jam, and 1 instrumental of Down Along The Cove which is one of the tunes Duane gave to Johnny Jenkins. Some of the outros (tho short) are absolutely marvelous. A couple tunes have some hiss and a couple have the guitars a lil low, but a a small knock on the 14 song disc. To hear them fingers on them instruments on those settings. PM me your addy and I'll send a copy.
