The Big House should have this

The Big House should have this
I think they would rather have the real thing ... like Duane's goldtop.
Nice guitar though...

I'd rather spend about half that money on a good Les Paul and apply as much of my own mojo that might possibly stick! Cool guitar, but I just don't understand buying a reproduction of a famous axe - or "relic-ing" a new guitar to have that mojo look. That's just me, though. 😉

The 7600 is not the final. Two more days, expect it to go to near 20,000.
Not worth it for a player, this is collectorland.
I am very happy with the new 2013 Trad Pro III I paid 1500 for.

Crazy prices for reissue guitars that somewhat resemble another guitar....There is a signed Jimmy Page reissue for sale at $100,000.00....yep that's the number....
I think you could get a Duane for about $5,000 when they first came out....even a regular 59 reissues are just outrageous prices now. One dealer is offering financing to own a new Gibson "True Historic"..for almost the same price to drive new Audi A8 on a lease 😮
Glad I got all the Gibson's I need because I simply can't even begin to think about the prices now...I got my 54/57 conversion for less money and it's a vintage Gibson Goldtop

You know I priced out what it would cost to build out one of these Duane signature models, and found that after the price of wood, pickups, tuners, pots, bridge, tailpiece, etc. it would cost about $1,500 and some good knowledge of wood working and some time and effort.
