Where are they after one signs in? Need to send a vine out. Thanks!

Bottom lower left of your home page it will say "private messages" but only, as you mentioned, after you log in to this site.

Depends on which version of HTN you are using. If you are using the revamped version, under "MY ACCOUNT" there is a drop-down menu where "Private Messages" can be accessed.
