$50,000 for a more than likely poorly recorded partial ABB show from ‘69? Is that all?... lemme just grab my checkbook. Laughing my balls off...is this for real?! Yikes.

Does $50K include publishing and reproduction rights? I'm guessing not. Caveat emptor!

Dang! I just invested all my liquid assets on the Brooklyn Bridge! Dang! Where were you yesterday? Dang!
Billastro

$50,000 dollars!!! Then it better be At Fillmore East and Eat A Peach quality, 5 hours long and Butch and Jaimoe better be on oxygen tanks before it's over.

July 8th was Jaimoe's (Johnny Lee Johnson) 77th birthday. Here is a 1970 Mountain Jam filmed live but it is not that great. Camera work and sound and everything could have been much better.
But zip over to 8:00 and watch Jaimoe slap those drums real fine for about 5 or 6 minutes. Jaimoe. One of the best!!!

I wish i could get it, Capt. Skip did an awesome job on Mountain Jam and DWYKM/INMCTB, I still play that one all of the time. I can only imagine how great the rest of that show is considering how long it was and knowing they were on fire that night. I am glad Johnny and Ann kept it safe for so long and the balance of the show finally has a chance of being released. I hope it falls in the right hands so we can hear it one day.

JOY TO THE WORLD THE LORD HAS COME. LET HEAVEN AND EARTH SING!!
Good old Sky Dog the incredible improviser. I bet we likely would not know who most of the musicians associated with the ABB are today if it hadn't been for HDA!!
