Last paragraph says his Manager Michael Lehman was also dropped from the lawsuit.

This is how it should be! I worried that as "Executive Producer", Gregg and Lehman would be targeted in the suit. I think the prosecutor and the (civil) attorneys are going after the right trio. The trial is set for next March.

I agree 100%. It is good to see that they are handling this law suit in a reasonable way. Far to often the lawyers want to go after anyone & everyone particularly those with the $$ and those in the public eye. Very good to see this.

I'm not surprised, but it's good. It made sense for the lawyers to cast the widest net possible and I hope the right people are ultimately held responsible.
