That song by itself is better than the entirety of Low Country Blues. God I hope the rest of Southern Blood is similar in quality.

This song is amazing, truly rivals his best, it brought me to tears. Can hardly wait for the release of the album. Some great tunes, Willin is a favorite from Lowell George, and the Johnny Jenkins tune should be superb. Plus Song for Adam. Wow.

I like the harmonizing guitars, very Allman esque. Miss hearing that stuff. Nice tasty solo by Scott. When he plays at times he kind of has a Dickey feel. I have heard that on more than a few occasions. Nothing wrong with that.

Yeah, I can see that. I was just more so focusing in on the twin guitar harmony. Reminds me of Dickey.

I know scott had said they wrote 2 songs together for the album, makes me wonder if the other one will ever be released.

Agree. I mentioned that before, at times you can hear dickey in Scotts playing, which is fine with me. I miss hearing that sound and feel.
