First off I am still in shock and sadden about the death of brother Butch. I do have a question about the Gregg Allman tour this summer. I am planning on going to the Friday and Saturday shows in Macon, but do y'all think he will be playing similar sets for those twp shows? Is it worth to go two nights in a row or just one. Thanks for any input!!

I went to back to back shows in Bham in Jan 2016 - I don't have set lists but do have noted "very few songs played both nights."

I think you'll be good.

G.A. in Macon, I would attend every night even if set lists were verbatim. Awesome show and great backing band, and Gregg ain't getting any younger.

also I'm sure his new cd will be out by then so you should get a bunch of that in the set list as well.
Enjoy!!

I agree that Gregg's band is top notch, but I would expect very little difference in the setlists from night to night. If you are OK with that, by all means go to both shows. If not, then pick one.

I agree with both of your points. His band is great. I have seen Gregg several times and I could almost predict the setlists.

If you don't mind this, by all means go both nights.
