Great Versions of The Other One

Was driving into work and caught a good chunk of the 10-17-74 version. The 10 minutes I heard was hot.

incredible version...that whole second set-Mind Out of Body says it all-always a top 10 Dead show for me-'74,like most of the seventies was the Dead's best decade IMHO!

Once managed to get all the way up front to The Phil Zone, just in time for the Other One bombdrop. Infrekincredible.
I can't nail down a specific Other One, but the impact of that note did improve with time and tech. Once I heard the very strangest Other One on Dead Air (KLCC Lane Community College Eugene Oregon, streams live on web http://klcc.org/programs/dead-air Sat. Nite at 7 Pacific time . . .love ya Downtown Deb) uuuummmm, oh yeah so this Other One had the vox compressed and distorted into this harsh static electronic hash . . . singular sound. Have not been able to locate, but am homing in on 1968, when they were doing Anthem of the Sun at their shows. There was some weird stuff going on at the soundboard.
