From the '78 tour W/Great Southern. I saw these guys in '77 @ The Roxy (KMET Simulcast) and in '78 (Long Beach Civic Center, I believe...Pat Travers opened) ...Damn his guitar had a nasty growl to it back then.......

Classic tone here and this would have made any ABB album from that time that much better!

Not only that, but this tune along with "Long Time Gone" are my two favorite Great Southern songs. Say what you will. I personally feel that there isn't anybody better at writing this type of song than Dickey Betts. Grin

Except that "Long time gone" was not Great Southern....

Dammit Big V you're so right. How could I've forgot Highway Call?!?! Mad However, one can see the thread - "Ramblin' Man", "Long Time Gone", "Goodtime Feeling".
