I just "discovered" the a Tedeschi Trucks Band last year and I have to say (post) what a treat. Everything I hear by them is just fantastic.

I just came across this show from 2010 and Derek's solo on the "Woman's got to have it" is just so good I had to share it. Blasphemy I know, but I think his solos are consistently better with TTB than with the ABB. This Woman's got to have it solo is a perfect example. It just seems tighter and more sure of where it has to say than a lot of Derek's ABB solos. Obviously, I love Derek's ABB solos but I find it interesting and gratifying that his approach seems to be different with TTB.
