Have you listened to the show[s] yet ? If so, how is the sound quality and band performance. Worth the purchase price ?

I don't mean to steal your thread but I did see X2, the Matt Abts, Johnny Neel collaboration at B.B. King's in NY during a Beacon run. I think it was right around the time you mention. Got to meet them both. Johnny is a hoot.

I believe X2 opened some of these Dead Floyd shows. I have listened to 2 out of 3 shows so far. great sound quality and performance. I think they are worth the money. They are a limited edition of 300 and each show is numbered. If you like pink floyd and the grateful dead you will like these shows a lot.

I like Pink Floyd and Grateful Dead too so thanks for the tip. Matt Abts and Johnny Neel.  I saw a show years ago at a small club that was Blue Floyd and Allen Woody was in it. That was good too.

I saw Blue Floyd about 3 or 4 times and have a few of their lives CDs.  There is a new project in this vein called The Gilmour Project

@peccles.

I had forgotten Allen Woody played guitar and Berry Oakley, Jr. was on bass. Matt Abts on drums, Mark Ford of the Black Crows also on lead guitar and Johnny Neel on keys. That is a strong lineup.
