Yeah ,I agree. I have given up hope on him for the most part. Maybe this thing with David will spark something. I think the closest he got was after the 2007 Zep reunion when they had Myles Kennedy in to try him out. But that went no where.

Always thought the Coverdale/ Page album was underrated so would love to hear some new material.
My only question I have is Coverdale up to the task as some of the live clips I have heard of him singing recently were a bit rough.
Also not holding my breath on Page doing any new music based on his history of teasing us fans and delivering nothing.
I think I’m the studio he would do well.
I thought about that too, him just doing some studio stuff. Why not? take a listen to see what DC has to offer. Wont hurt anything.
It was mentioned earlier about Davids voice. It does sound pretty rough. Maybe he needs to find his place like Plant has done and Gillan.
