dave's been running the vault for maybe 20 years now. even about 1/2 of the dicks picks were produced by dave.

Dave?

not sure if you were questioning my previous post about the dicks picks series and dave. if you were

The Dick's Picks series, which started in 1993, was named after Grateful Dead tape vault archivist Dick Latvala. Latvala selected shows with the band's approval and oversaw the production of the albums. After Latvala's death in 1999, David Lemieux became the Dead's tape archivist and took over responsibility for producing subsequent Dick's Picks releases. Latvala and Lemieux worked with recording engineer Jeffrey Norman, who was in charge of mastering the CDs. The last set of Dick's Pick's releases were released in 2005.

if I recall dicks 25 was the last one that had been outlined for release by dick which is why it has that special cover art. starting with 26 dave is the only tape archivist listed. dave was listed though as a producer and tape archivist starting with pick 16

I've had bits and pieces of this show plus 1/3/70 all HQ tapes for decades, first open reel to reel tape, then cassettes and finally CD. I was looking for a complete HQ show start to finish.
