I have had a urge to go to a Foo Fighters show all of a sudden.

Grohl always comes across as a nice guy in interviews. Plus, his role in the induction of Rush to the Rock HOF was classic.
Powerful drummer, capable singer. It's amazing to think that in many ways, the Foo Fighters have eclipsed Nirvana.
That said, I find something about the production of the Foo stuff makes it sound very radio typical, a little typical
