My wife has a "subscription" if you will, to Broadway in Chicago. All these theaters in The Theater District downtown where she had planned to see plays. She hasn't heard a word on refunds, rescheduling, etc. And trying to find someone who works at any of these kinds of places to answer questions is next to impossible.
