Cody fan going back 45+ years. Saw him open for the Dead and New Riders a few times and his ever changing band many times after. Nothing like some barroom boogie. He had a style all his own. Still listen to his music and love the live stuff. Pretty good artist too. Been thinking about adding his Garcia painting to my collection. Have not heard about his status as of late.

He played in San Francisco only maybe two years ago. I remember mentioning to a friend how shocked I was to see an ad for the show. Would have liked to have been there but couldn't make it.
