Christmas Jam 2015; tickets

I am from Europe and recently learned that I will have a business trip to Washington DC from 7 Dezember to 15 December. I thought this would be a good idea to travel to Asheville, but I was a bit naive, the show was already sold out within a few days in October. I am frustrated!!! I have once read that for European fans there would a possibility to get into the Beacon since they have problems to plan. I am not sure whether this was actually the case and whether it would help me now. Does anyone have a spare ticket available? I have just checked with stubhub but there are the real scalpers (I am already half-bald...).
Anyway, I will see next Friday and Saturday Tedeschi Trucks Band in Stuttgart and Bochum, looking forward to it since I have the tickets (December 2014).

Hello Shorty. The Xmas Jam is in Asheville, NC. That is about a 7 hour drive from Washington DC. The drive can be tricky, seeing as you will be at higher elevations and could easily encounter snow that time of year.
The Beacon Theatre is in New York City. About a five hour train ride out of DC. Gov't Mule will be playing the Beacon on December 30th and 31st.
Since you will be in DC you might want to check the schedules at these venues:

You are also close to Baltimore. And closer to Philadelphia than Asheville.

Thanks, Billy. I was aware of that. I am living in the Taunus hills close to Frankfurt/Germany and I know what snow can mean.... However, we do not have blizzards here in Europe.
I have 4 days free in between two meetings and have time (from Thursday to Sunday) to travel. The line-up is very tempting, in particular Hot Tuna and Doobie Brothers who haven't toured in Europe in the last years (as far as I know).
Some friends have been last year in the Beacon and they might go as well this year (or they are exhausted from their 16 GM concerts in the European tour...). Anyway, they will listen to Warren and the Ashes and Dirt Band this eveing (now its's 7.15 pm in Germany) in Berlin.
If Asheville doesn't work out I will check your proposals, thanks again for that. I would also consider to travel to NY or Long Island, maybe, Andy Aledort is active in that weekend. He is a nice guy and I met him in 2008 and 2012 in DBGS concerts in Germany.
