Well, how'd everyone's Christmas go? Mine went pretty well. Spent time with family. Ate some good food. Had smoked turkey, brisket, potato casserole, beans, tamales, sausage balls, a few burgers, peach cobbler, pecan bars, and homemade ginger snaps!!! Also got a few music related items. Here's what I got:

Bad Company - The Swan Song Years 1974-1982
Blackberry Smoke - Leave A Scar: Live In North Carolina
James Taylor - The Warner Bros. Albums 1970-1976
Judas Priest - Screaming For Vengeance special edition
Lynyrd Skynyrd - One More From The Road
Travis Tritt - A Man & His Guitar CD/DVD

Ours was nice and chill. Middle of the week so we just hung out. Ate and drank to our hearts content. Fortunately the weather cooperated and the rain didn't start until evening. Thursday and especially Friday were absolutely beautiful with clear skies, sweatshirt temps, and snow in the mountains. We went to the beach and enjoyed long horizons, no wind and snow and sea. Of course the IPA and fish tacos helped!

I love the holidays and come 1/2-1/3, the Xmas blues will hit hard but that's all part of it. Next year, Xmas is on Friday; plan now! Cheers and Merry Christmas! Cool

Got some good vinyl:

The Band — Rock of Ages. Which I have been wanting on vinyl for a loooooong time.

Caamp — By and By

Kooper, Bloomfield, Stills — Super Session. Another one I’ve really wanted the vinyl of.

Merle Haggard — High on a Hilltop (which seems to be Swinging Doors and The Bottle Let Me Down album just under a different name).
