The Mule a Ween show for Albany would be cool, but I can't swing 3 in a row. Really want to go to TO, even though Montreal is closer for me. I have heard the Danforth Music Hall is a wonderful place to see a show.
Anyway I got Utica in a couple of weeks. How sweet is this Gov't Mule at a Brewery!!! I mean if they have BBQ there its going to be like I died and went to Heaven

No BBQ on site, don't expect there's any in Utica.

It's a great site for a show, good beer on tap.

Look for me in my CIA hat and Farmer flipping the bird shirt.

Hi John. Smile Kim here. I've never heard about any special tix for tapers. Just buy regular tix. If I'm wrong, somebody please jump in here. The orchestra at the Danforth is standing, general admission. Seating in balcony and mezzanine only. I think they ripped the seats out of the orchestra some time ago. I'll be trying for seats. Hope to see you there. Sandy says hi!

I got a chuckle also. Have enquired if they have an opening act lined up in Montreal. What could be better than CM opening for GM?

I am playing in a friend's band in Ottawa in a couple of weeks. A little far for Rob I think. A little closer for Alan but if either of you make it, the tickets and VIP packages are on me. 😉

It is Wednesday August 17th if that helps in the decision process. LOL

Hi Kim, that's what I thought; same as my last Mule show in 2004 and the Danforth Music Hall in 2003. Seeing them this weekend at Peach. If it is ok I will consider the Toronto show.

Please say hi to Sandy and tell him that I can't make the Black Swan Revival this year. Luckily some of the Conspirators (Jones, Woodhead, Jarvis and Keelin) are playing a small club in Toronto tomorrow night, so I will get my Perth County fix.

Hope to see you guys soon. My buddy Mike McKenna plays the Sunday jam at the Boathouse occasionally, so maybe there.

Best,

John

Scored fourth row aisle for Mule-O-Ween.

Right in front of Warren.

Next Mule show for us is 8/16 in Utica.

Flying in NYC for the show and to hang out in Montreal. Any suggestions about how to get a reasonably priced ticket for the Canadians game other than doing Stubhub or using the official Canadians ticket reseller, Ticket Vault?

You have a chance on the morning that they release single game sales. It is a tough ticket to get as it is Toronto vs Montreal. They announce the sale date in advance. Big night for scalpers.

Funny you mentioned single game tickets. I called the Bell Centre this afternoon to ask if they announced the date single game tickets go on sale and they said not yet. My guess is I will go end up going through Stubhub or better yet maybe there will be another band performing I will want to see the night before the Mule performs.

The Albany show is the only date listed in Orange. Safe to assume Mule-O-Ween.
