Billy Gibbons & BFG's now @ Grammercy?

I got these nice 9th Row seats at the Town Hall for Nov, they then swap to Feb 2nd @ the Town Hall, last night I get an email stating it's now @ Gramercy Theatre and is general admission, Ugh, I may take the refund option now. WTF?

They only played about an hour in DC.

An hour? That goes on the Con side. I was hyped to go, The disc doesn't thrill me, a couple good tunes, but I can do without the rap stuff, my love of diversity only goes so far. Thanx

I took the refund option. Paid 96 bucks for a ticket in the fourth row and was not about to go to The Gramercy for GA or something "similar". TM refunded me immediately. Too bad as I was looking forward to this but they obviously could not sell enough tickets for this.

The DC show wasn't even half sold. Then the snow storm hit. I couldn't make it due to the weather but my friends reported back that the playing was great but the show was short.

I bought my 2 tix on Sept 30 for the initial Nov 17th date for the Town Hall (one of my fav venues), I just checked my seats were Row H seats 109 & 111 (8th Row center). I live in NJ and by the time my wife and I get home from work and drive over we're bell tapping or casually late (not conducive for GA shows like this). I put in for the refund. Not happy about it, but if it's the worst thing that happens this week then I had a good week.
I've been screwing up of late I had 3rd Row tix for Blue Oyster Cult at the Wellmont Theatre in NJ for 1/16. I took vacation day for my 1/18 12 hour night shift to go to it and realized I missed the show that was 2 days prior when I pulled out the envelope. I don't know why I locked in on the 18th? Insert old stoner jokes here? I only did that once before for a Van Halen show about 8 years ago, I had 4 tix for them (with Hagar) at Izod Arena that was rescheduled due to an Eddie rehab visit. I messed up and missed the rescheduled date. I was bummed as I was taking my kids who like Van Halen, another one of the those "good" weeks?

Don't sweat it...saw the Charleston show, it was awesome but they played an hour set. 45 min+ if you don't include the rap parts...which were somewhat entertaining/vulgar, even for a non-rap fan as myself. I would have taken a refund if our show got moved to GA...

I'm here at the Gramercy - small place but hoping its fun even if its a short set. Sitting in the last row of the balc.

Sounds great!
