Here is another pretty standard article about Randy Rhoads, I still found it really cool, I saw Randy play with Ozzy one time, late1981. I would really love some comments from You musicians pertaining to Randy's playing. Tommy Aldridge was the drummer, Def Leppard opened, High and Dry tour, before they fired Pete Willis and went pop. It was quite a night.............Peace..........joe

Great article. Randy Rhoads was fantastic - I'd say that he and Eddie VH basically set the stage for hard rock/ metal guitar for the next decade and everyone else followed.

It is a shame his recorded legacy was so small - I have the 2 Ozzy studio albums but have never gotten the live one, never heard any of his Quiet Riot stuff either.
