Is there any software to do that?

If you are listening to Sirus on your PC, there is a fairly inexpensive piece of software called "Total Recorder" that I bought years ago for $18.00. You can set it up to record any sound coming from your sound card directly to your hard drive.
If you do this, start a new recording every 80 minutes or less. Otherwise the files get too big to be opened in editing and burning software.
I think now there is an enhanced version that also allows for the recording of video.

Audacity is free and will record it. To save as mp3 you'll have to install a few more pieces but it saves as a wav file otherwise.
