Rick Hall's autobiography is being published this month, according to Amazon. Wonder if it will have much information on Duane. Here is a link to the book on Amazon:

I thought his commentary in the Muscle Shoals movie was excellent. I have high hopes that this will be a good read.
Rick Hall devotes two chapters to Duane in his new autobiography. One interesting anecdote Rick mentions is that Duane wanted to record a version of Little Richard's "Long Tall Sally." Rick vetoed the idea. It would have interesting to her Duane sing that song. I wonder if Duane had performed "Long Tall Sally" in his pre-ABB days.
