Someone on a facebook page posted a picture of a ticket stub from the Beacon May 24th 2008 (ABB, of course) They couldn't remember going to see The Brothers in May, there. Anyone here know anything about May at the Beacon in 2008. I cannot find any info, not even March!

As March approaches i always think back to the great month of Beacon shows. I walk by the theater every day on my way home from work and cannot believe what has transpired in the short time since the Beacon run ended. So many great performances and guests. Wondering who everyone's favorite shows and guests were. A few of mine were Stanley Clarke, Tai Wilkenfeld who seemed smaller than the bass and Boz I think i probably caught about 30 Beacon shows over the years. Wondering how many the true record holders saw

My apologies, I'm new to the forum. I have question that's likely been answered numerous times, but couldn't find the info. I was watching a YouTube video of : Les Brers A Minor from the 3/23/2009 show with Jimmy Herring accompanying the band. I would love to get the on DVD. It appears it was never released, yet the video, because of multiple camera angles, etc.. implies it may be available somewhere? Any insight? Thx BigMax
