Got some nice Etta James crooning at me on a Sunday morning. I want to put on some coffee but I'm afraid the aroma will wake up THB. Shock

Went to a local microbrew for some live music.  Having the kids over for my son and his wife's birthday tomorrow.   Get to see my beautiful almost 8 month old granddaughter ... We watch her 2 times a week - there is nothing better.

They're the absolute best. Don't have any close to that age anymore but it's also nice seeing them grow and become their own person too.

Absolutely ... it is great to wind them up and enjoy their excitement then hand them back ... Grandparental revenge is sweet Wink

Goooooooooooooooooooooooood 'ol Fat Thusday!

My wife's head of security or cleaning or something in her office gave her a paczki for me last night. She is Polish and I guess they have Fat Thursday before the Fat Tuesday we get next week. Good fruit jam in those things! Smile

Lee, wagering wise where are you on any SB bets? Myself, I have more on props than actual game result.

Last year I only broke my diet a few times - and 1 was for a poppyseed paczki from Orland Bakery.  I will break it again for one soon - they sell paczkis thru Easter.

Happy Football Fryday!

Hoping for a good game.

coot, to your questions, I think KC will win. Although I want San Fran to do it. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO sick of KC being on every TV commercial. They are right up there with my disdain for the Manning brothers.

Since KC is getting points, I might try to tease them up to 7.5 (spread dropped) with something else. Probably the over/under down to 41.5. There will be a lot of scoring. I like that a lot!

I think I saw McCaffrey O/U on yards is about 90. I would take that under. Purdy needs to pass the call.

A strange one is total sacks O/U at 4.5. I would go under on that.

Total number of chicken wings eaten: no clue wott it is but go over! Exhausted

Likewise I'm real tired of all the various Mahomes and also Kelce ads. Those two and Ozempic is virtually all there is.

I too (as 70% of bettors) think Kansas City will win. I bought them to +3 when the line first came out. I'll have more on various props than the actual game though. The one that I probably like the most is no score in the first 5 1/2 minutes of the game.

coot - I went through the discs you sent to me. Again, thank you. As I mentioned I have an external DVD/CDR/CD drive as my laptop doesn't have one. I think it is a Rioddas. Apparently, internal drives are not standard on newer computers. At least that was the case with mine. I think I had to pay quite a bit more to have one.

At any rate, I am having problems with the DVD-Rs. On one of them, I got an error message. I might need to get a different external drive. CDs work fine.

That Little Feat show from '76 is smoking. The different version of Dixie Chicken is really cool.

@oldcoot Any idea where I can find the track list for the SRV Mega Rare 3 disc compilation?

I think maybe Denza offered it years ago.

I want to rip it to my player and don't want to go though the whole thing trying to list the songs as I go.

Searching on this site just brings up a sh!t-ton of SRV related posts and many interviews by our former beggar arlene.

I need to change my profile pic.

I'm 50 lbs lighter now.

Sadly, Shane passed away a few years (and tears) ago.

Well that stinks that you're having trouble because the dvds are all really great performances. The Little Feat one I found that I had two copies so I didn't actually burn that one myself, it did previously play alright on my dvd player though. Since I had two I just picked one and sent that to you. The others should play okay though as my burner program said it copied successfully. None of the dvds played?

No, which I found odd. I have watched a DVD on my computer from the external drive I have.

I haven't had an actual DVD player hooked up to my TV for a long time so that option is out. I will keep messing with the external drive. Maybe I just bought a cheap one or something.
