Not really sure.  I think they stay with him.  What they need is an offensive line to protect him - or anybody else at QB.  Bringing in Sweat really turned the defense around.  I think the offensive coordinator is more likely to lose his job than Fields, but wott do I know ...

As a non-Bears fan, I think they should have already traded him before he got hurt this year. Having talked to MANY Bears fans here, the consensus is to keep him. Probably take Marvin Harrison Jr if available. Like moving up with their other first-round pick. Plus they don't know if they are keeping the head coach.

No, but they can stop the Packers from getting into the playoffs, which would almost be as good ... Exhausted

It is a fun rivalry. I find it interesting why the fans of each team detest the other team so much!

Snowing hard here, supposedly due for 10" by mid-morning tomorrow. High winds are to kick in this afternoon. I'll watch it all out the window. Face

My house is right near where our street turns from being east-west to north south.  So all the snow comes down the street and dumps in my yard.  I always have more than the neighbors.  We only had 1-2" last night, but it was the heaviest snow I think I have ever shoveled.  Won't need to ride the bike today to get exercise ...

Congrats Lee on Meeechigan winning ...  it's funny, my junior high had the same fight song as Michigan - so every time they scored I sang my junior high song ... Cool

Sorry to hear coot* got so much snow! I saw on the news that the states west of us got nailed. Right now we just have a slushy mess but rush hour is supposed to get worse. I hope it is cleared out by tomorrow morning. I have to put a damn suit on! Shock

Sang, I have to ask: why are you shoveling your yard? Razz Must be a suburb thing.

Interesting that your school had the same fight song. My junior high school was "On Wisconsin" I think. We sang, "On With Zemmer". One of our teachers told us the significance. I guess junior high schools are just not that creative.

Very weird.  Emergency vehicles in front of our house last night about 1 am.  Looked like an ambulance next door.  Found out this morning my neighbor (who is the same age as me) died last night.  Feel bad, his oldest son is getting married next month ...

We got six or a bit more here, enough to muck up the roads etc. Much worse drifting and blizzard like conditions in the open, rural areas. A 200 mile stretch of I-80 was shut down due to accidents, plows having to be called off the roads because the drivers couldn't see where to drive due to the conditions.

May get another 4-8" starting tomorrow night accompanied with actual temperatures this weekend between 10 & 15 below zero (worse than that windchills). Good conditions to watch the NFL playoffs all day.

As long as you've got plenty of beer, whisky and snacks, sounds like you'll be just fine with the play-offs to watch!

Gee Whiz - Happy winter. Nebraska sounds awful. We are getting nailed now. I wish I could just cuddle up with some beer and the TV for the next few days. Great idea!

We got about 5 inches last night.  Thankfully the snowblower started - didn't use it at all last year.  Now they are calling for rain this afternoon, then more snow tonight.

Boy howdy wott a mess. Lots of snow plus major drifting from the high winds. Our high temp tomorrow will be -6. -19 for a low Sunday morning and -15 on Monday morning. Windchills of forty to fifty below into Tuesday.

I will remain inside. Exhausted

Went to an eye appointment this morning.  My car wouldn't start (and it's been in a garage), so I had to use my wife's.   Wake for my neighbor is today.   Temps outside finally went to 1 degree - finally above 0.
