Baby seal walks into a bar in New Zealand...

...that's it. It's a true story, look it up. There's no punchline, kinda like coot's jokes. Razz

Been doing a lot of remodeling lately - hopefully done until the spring - probably have to paint then.  Also been shoveling too much snow lately ... Chicago area has 17.1 inches already - most ever in November, and about what we had all of last year.   A Facebook memory came up today that showed I was playing golf on this day last year - sure couldn't this year!

Good afternoon All -

coot - I'm sure you saw that Mule is coming to Lincoln with Joe Bonamassa Aug 16th. I would love to see them play together.

Joe Bonamassa sat in with Mule at a gig in London a few years ago ... can't remeber what he played off the top of my head but I do remember it being an excellent gig.

That would be something, JB with Warren on that song! GM released as a Sco-Mule pre-order bonus a Freeway Jam from ‘99 with Jimmy Herring. Just an awesome version! Still had Woody in the band then too.

Going to be really cold this weekend - Bears game could be -20 to -30 degree wind chill.  Supposed to get back to the 40's sometime next week.

Under the 39 point total is looking pretty attractive.

Just a little something for the Holidays.

Speaking of the Holidays, I don't have to go back to the office for over two weeks. I still have to work, just not in the office. While a nice thing, we just found out this afternoon. It would have been a good idea to let folks know before today! I could have made a trip to Nebraska or something. Shock

Two more days in the mid 60’s and then winter shows up for a couple of days. Been unusually warm so far which gets us that much closer to spring!

Hope all have enjoyed your Christmas festivities ... sadly I have had gout for the past week and been housebound ... but I had sufficient rum supplies to see me through ... just starting to ease a bit now and we are off to visit our kids and grandkids on Sunday for a few days so will have our Christmas celebrations then ... wishing you all the best for 2026
