More coffee!

Dog took me for a walk this morning. Lots of Canadian Geese on the nearby lake.

Kind of weird - when I had my bout with diverticulitis last year, there was a chance it could have been colitis (it wasn't).  I looked up colitis, and what was bad for it was drinking alcohol and coffee.  So I stopped drinking coffee, and haven't had even one cup since.

I never drank coffee, even in college - started once I got in the working world.  I pretty much drank a whole pot of coffee a day, and I drank it black.

I really don't miss it at all - although I am sure once I can finally go out for breakfast somewhere I will have some.

Never drank coffee until I was past 30. Usually make a pot every morning, two cups worth. Almost always drink it black. Detest instant coffee it's almost always too weak or too strong. Decaf is just warm brown water. 

Have watched a few episodes of Norm McDonald Has A Show on Netflix. Definitely over the top offbeat humor.

Started gaining back some of the weight I lost, so I started on the ol' exercise bike yesterday.  Put on a concert dvd for entertainment while biking .... yesterday was Drive By Truckers Live in Austin, and today was Rory Gallagher at Montreux....

What a refreshing day ....

It was freaking cold today. Thank God it wasn't windy. 😮 

So today I had to lock the rear entrance to The Bank of America Building because there was some gathering/protest/meeting at The Thompson Building by MAGA. I asked the guy running the building, "wott the hell is MAGA?"

Make America Great Again. Oh. They were worried about a rush on the building. 

Didn't see anyone. 🙄 

After 4 years you didn't know wott maga ment?   

I went outside twice - once to the dispensary and once to put out the garbage cans ......

Indeed. 

Sorting through some music today, came across a pleasant surprise, pro shot video of the ABB Mountain Jam Festival 2014. Somehow it had become lost in the shuffle. 

Watching it tonight. Sad in some ways because the band was to make its final performance not that much after this. 

Bittersweet to see Gregg and Butch on stage and Brian Farmer too. 

Still appreciative to see the band as they were at this point in their history. 

Unique thing about it was it was solely comprised of songs that the original lineup played.

Listening to some 2005 Gregg. Band lineup with Robben Ford and Willie Weeks, Floyd Miles on several tunes. Mixed the setlist up more than his traditional format included "Multicolored Lady" and "Sweet Feelin'."

Saw that tour with Gregg's band - it was awesome ...  Back to Daytona.....
