Thanks guys. I was going to rent a car and drive to Michigan but she had already told me she wouldn't go to the hospital so I called 911 there instead. The dispatcher called back and said just what she told me. She refused to go to the hospital. They sent a police sergeant there. Didn't figure there was a point in sending an ambulance. I could have done that.

They knew who we both are. That puzzled me somewhat. My mom retired from the county and worked at the courthouse so that made sense. How they knew who the I am is strange as hell. I haven't lived there in 25 years.

And no, I was never arrested there. Could have been a few times though.

Well last week really sucked. Obviously Butch. My father in law had a stroke and I had to send the police to check on my mom cuz she isn't doing well.
