stupefying

I nominate this as word of the day, can I get a second ?

AND, it is spelled correctly, because I checked. I thought maybe the e should have been an i.

But, I should have put a colon (that's punctuation, DanBastid) between one and Jack.

OCD this morning, I guess.

Well, that may have been one of the best concerts I've seen......... Grin

Haven't seen NMAS in a while, and they were fun..... especially when they had the TTB singers come out and do a gospel song...... then Derek came out and played 2 songs - one of them Deep Elum Blues.... I turned to my brother and said 'I could listen to this all night'..... too bad they only played about 50 minutes.

TTB started out strong, and played Midnight in Harlem the 3rd song.....played a lot of great stuff - then had Luther come out for a few songs.... played one with the band, then did Angel From Montgomery into Sugaree with Susan..... then they did a great rave up to Led Zeppelin, and went into a TTB song ... Derek and Luther trading licks was great....... I could have listened to that all night too.....

Derek and Kofi had some great interplay on a couple of songs with the flute and the guitar...

They did a great version of The Letter, and the encore was Let's All Get Stoned.....

Excellent show, with great sound at the Chicago Theatre. Both groups gave shout-outs to Buddy Guy, and TTB played a BB King song that was great.

A good time was had by all - nice running into Poco and McPeach there............

I see them with Jack Pearson here next Thursday. That's a tough one NMAS or Jack? I do love to hear Luther play.

I've seen Jack and Derek (dTb) play together at a free thing in Downtown Nashville. They did twin slide. It was stupefying.

I have that Nashville show somewhere, and yes, it's awesome.

Woods, did I send you a copy of that?

When we golf, after the round yu put in $5 and get 5 cards. You get an extra card for every one putt, and pay an extra dollar for every 3-putt. Pots are usually pretty big. We play a hand of no peek poker, and winner gets the pot. He also has to cover the tip.....
