Went to Tribes Alehouse tonight - they had an outdoor party (covered patio with heaters) with bourbon barrel stouts - had 3 2015 Bourbon County Stouts and a Lagunitas Willet barrel stout - along with some reindeer sausage and bacon covered smoked goose breast - all very yummy.......

Speaking of Lagunitas, has anyone heard of Lagunita's Sucks? They actually have a beer called that. I was having lunch in a pub yesterday and they had a list of their drafts on a board behind the bar. The last one caught my eye; Lagunita's Sucks. So I asked the bartender if it was a joke or something. She told me it is real. Apparently they were making a batch and they messed it up. So they kept is and turned it into the name of a beer.
I couldn't try it at the time as I had to go back to an office so I don't know wott it tastes like. I asked her if she knows if it is sold in stores or just bars. She didn't know but I will keep my eyes open.
Oh, the other reason I didn't try it was it cost $8 for a pint. Downtown Chicago tourist prices. 😮
