Marching Band season officially ends this weekend. Championships on Sunday in lovely Allentown, PA

at least it is not tomorrow where it'll be cold and windy

Lost a dear friend Friday night. He had a heart attack while driving and ran head on into a woman's car. He was likely dead before he hit her and thank God she wasn't hurt.

We had a brief gathering of friends yesterday. I had to let a few people know about it. I am trying to get my arms around it.

This has been a rough weekend.

Carin and I are still in shock.
