All beers $3 during the festival, and I think they serve some of the limited release beers. It'll be a drive in/out day, so I'm very excited about a Chicago event where my total beer budget is about the same as one Wrigley Field beer.

I've seen Dawes a few times, but not since Duane Betts joined the touring lineup. I'm hoping to go so I can catch them and White Denim, but Jr. Jr. and Whitney are on the schedule as well.

Duane isn't in the band anymore. Jr. Jr. is a good band. I've really got into White Denim this year. Hoping they come to MI at some point.

Listened to By A Thread the other day. Always have liked that album
I recently watched an early Mule DVD that was sent to me by a very generous individual that posts here. '95 or '96 Atlanta - Planet Hophead production - made me remember why I was so crazy about them back then. Geez, that was a great threesome.
Chris Robinson and Marc Ford joined them for the encore. Chris made a mess of Mr. Big, Marc was solid playing a LP with P-90s, I think they were both wiped on smack.
