Well, my mom joined her parents last night at around 10:00 PM. I told THB I was somewhat relieved that she is out of pain. I want to thank you all for your well wishes.

Thanks all. Thankfully I have THB to help me through it. Got a bunch of papers to sign, people I have to meet with, a few more calls and then move on.

Funny about the leaves here. For the past month or so all I hear is leaf blowers. One guy on one side of the street blows them out into the street, across to the other side. And there is a guy on the other side of the street doing the same thing.
So they are basically blowing leaves at each other. It's like an old fashioned shoot out but nobody wins.
For whatever reason, I get a kick out of watching them.
