Good morning. Went to Detroit last night and saw a show at the Masonic Temple. That place was amazing, easily in the top 3 venues in Michigan Right now taking it easy and listening to vinyl

Congratulations, *coot. Enjoy your retirement to the fullest. I am shooting for 2027. Mad Hopefully, I will feel secure enough to do so before then.

Thanks!

I mean, everyone should retire by 295 years of age, right? 😉

Sure, scrambling as not to have my first losing week this year. History would tell me that's not a sound strategy, usually have more difficulty with the pros.

Saw NMAS Friday night. One of the best shows I have seen in a long time (Well, it would be hard to beat that Ibell show at the Ryman in Oct...). Just fantastic.

I have a question for you guys and I figure most likely Sang will know the solution, but I am throwing it out there so that I can get as much input as possible.

I just bought a laptop with Windows 10. I got it with a DVD/CD RW and then realized it wouldn't #@!%ing play a DVD until I downloaded an app. So I got a media player and it will play a DVD. Now, I want to copy a DVD to a blank and the app I have don't seem to have that function. Could you steer me in the best direction to get this done?

I am figuring 10 out and seem to like it so far. Who else has a Windows 10 machine?

I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 on my main PC when it was free - no issues, I like 10 better than 8. Also have 10 on my ASUS tablet.

Not sure on the DVD burner - I use an old version of NERO that has a lot of different functions. It copies cd's and dvd's, has audio editing tools (that I have used on some projects for coot*) and video editing tools.

If you are looking for a free one, just google 'free dvd burner' and look at the reviews. I think somebody had a thread on burning software in Anything Goes.
