So THB surprised the crap out of me this morning. Out of the blue she said she wants to go see Mule Saturday. I told her that wasn't necessary. She said she didn't want me to go alone. Told her I have gone to a ton of shows alone, I didn't care but it will be nice.

And the tickets are actually cheaper than when I bought mine. Low turnout maybe.

Michigan doesn't look good on offense at all

Boy, just when I think your asses can't get any lazier...

So my Mule show last night was interesting. I got THB a ticket outside for less than half of what I paid for mine, which was nice.

The first set bored the living crap out of me. For about an hour/hour and a half I think they played two songs I knew. And one was bleeping Rockin' Horse. I think the rest of it must have been the new album.

The only highlight was watching Danny Louis play different instruments. He played trombone on a couple of tunes. Quite the talented guy.

During the set break THB told me she wanted to leave. I said no. She came back with "you told me this is the worst Mule show you've seen" and I said yeah but Warren will come back with something after the break. They will mix it up.

So we hang around for the first two songs of the second set which did nothing for me so I figure we might as well hit the road since it would almost be impossible to get a car after the show since it was PORING rain all day. Streets were flooded, etc.

I get up this morning and look at the rest of the set list and they played four ABB songs, including my two favorites.

Played in a scramble yesterday and we got first place in B flight - won the money back I paid to play.....
