Good Morning, saw Ministry last night. My ears are still recovering

I was a fan from the dancier stuff in the mid-80s to when they started getting really heavy in the early 90s. I didn't really get it after that.
About a year or so ago, I found a used cd-single of Jesus Built My Hotrod and drove my family crazy for several weeks.
The first couple songs they did were dancier and it blew me away. Then it was full on metal for the rest of the show. Glad that Al didn't stop the show after getting hit in the face with a beer can.

Not to be morbid but an acquaintance of mine (wasn't really my friend) but everyone from the neighborhood knew her very well. For a big city we have a tight neighborhood.
I week ago Saturday her boyfriend was out in the yard of their place having a beer. He came inside and saw her hanging from some kind of pole trying to kill herself. She broke her neck and had spent enough time hanging that she is now in a coma. Apparently there is no chance of her recovering.
She is a beautiful 29 year old girl.
I just found out they set up a foundation to help for her care costs.

Very sad stuff is going around. A few weeks back, one of Mrs. Moid's employees was in the middle of a divorce, and the victim of a murder/suicide. It was a few minutes before Mother's Day, and their two year old was in the house when it happened.

Not much that beats it. I love going during the afternoon. It is WAY less crowded, the performers are usually accessible and you can move around. I could (and do 😉 ) complain about some things about Chicago since I live here, but I give the city a lot of credit for this.
