Talked to my mom this morning. She is closing on a condo on the 30th of this month. Still owns the other house. Hasn't sold it. It's in 12 days and she just told me. I was like, how on God's green earth can you own two houses? I am the executer and have been thinking about it all day. Not sure if I should do anything.
