Listening to 1967 Cream. Spoonful. Freaking awesome.

Had a couple of shows on earlier this week, Detroit and Oakland.

20 minute Spoonful on one of them. Cool

god damn could he play the blues

Cool

There's also an unreleased dvd from that tour that Scorcese directed that is pretty darn sweet too. Cool

When I left Hawaii a little more than 24 hours ago, it was sunny, beautiful, and in the high 80s.

No 14 year olds appear to be harmed in the filming of the concert, but looks might be deceiving.

I've heard an important official in our state ruefully refer to us as the Mississippi of he Midwest..

You could be referring to the 10-15-67 Detroit show. Clocks in at 22:04. That's the one I was listening to.

Amazing!

Speaking of Cream, I have a bootleg of them simply titled "Live Cream" and the only info I have on it is that it is from 1968.

The setlist is:

N.S.U.
Sleepy Time Time
Sweet Wine
Rollin' and Tumblin'
Lawdy Mama

Anyone know anything about it? It also rocks. I had never heard "Sleepy Time Time".

Wasn't that released as one of the live albums after the breakup?

Could be. It is on my Itunes but I don't have the actual disc and I know I downloaded it from something someone sent to me.
